Why I was never prompted for updates, I do not know however I see all the updates are from v2 and up. I’d obviously like to keep all the info on the drive so not sure if I should reset, update the firmware or what Has anyone in this thread been able to resolve the issue that seems to be common with the Pace 5168NV.
